Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to myself as well as my company. With a degree in Architectural Technology and having worked for some of the largest construction companies in the Sarnia area for the past 17 years it only seemed a natural progression to want to break out on my own.   We specialize in major interior renovations including kitchen and bathroom remodelling as well as full or partial basements. Large and small scale additions as well as new home contracting or project management is also available. Additionally we can also take care of some of your exterior needs such as fences, custom built decks and patios and roof shingle replacement.

With my background in design and having built over 300 new homes we have the experience and knowhow to get the job done correctly, in a timely fashion and on budget. Utilizing our own skills and labour as well as bringing in additional trades when necessary allows us to keep your project moving.  Prior to commencement we will provide you with a start date as well as a layout of the schedule as to who will be in and out each of the days and ultimately a completion date. Of course as is the nature of construction sometimes the unforeseen can cause delays and we always do our absolute best to ensure that you are always kept up to date on progress. In the event of any added extras that may occur, it is our policy that these items are priced and accepted in writing prior to commencement or installation of the item. This is to protect us as much as the homeowners.

We take particular pride in making sure all our projects are 100% completed down to the very last detail. Disruptions due to remodeling are difficult enough without having to wait for someone to come back and finish outstanding items. It’s those details that are always the difference between a satisfied or dissatisfied client. It’s your house, something that you have invested and take pride in and it’s important that you have people working in your home that understand this.
